Please fill out the 2026 Disability Pride NYC Parade Registration Form.
Registering helps us plan for your participation and allows Disability Pride NYC to share the most up-to-date Parade information with you.
Individuals and groups planning to march should register. Spectators do not need to register. Separate registration forms are available for people who want to volunteer.
Participation in the Disability Pride NYC Parade is free. We want individuals and organizations to be able to participate regardless of their ability to contribute financially.
In addition to welcoming optional donations, we invite individuals and organizations to help build public support for keeping disability community events free and accessible.
Project Access for All and its communities are seeking $140,455 in New York City Council Speaker’s Initiative funding to help support free annual disability community events, including:
The Disability Pride NYC Parade

Share the funding request and related social media posts from Disability Pride NYC and Project Access for All and its communities.
Share relevant Parade information from the New York City Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities.

In past years, City support helped cover a significant portion of the Parade’s costs. That level of City funding is no longer available, and the Parade now relies more heavily on financial and in-kind contributions.
We invite organizations, corporations, businesses, and sponsors = to contribute at a level that is meaningful and manageable for them. Contributions can be financial or in-kind, including goods, services, equipment, food and water, printing, accessibility services and accomodations, professional expertise, and other resources needed for the Parade.
Every contribution helps us keep the Parade free, accessible, and open to all.
