Partner as a Parade

Partnerships with other communities are invaluable to the Disability Pride Parade, particularly with this year's theme of "We're All In This Together." With that in mind, we are excited to invite other parades from across the City to join us in the planning process through any of the following activities:

• Designing and decorating Parade route blocks

• Providing insights into successful techniques

• Getting out the word about the Parade

• Marching along the Parade route

Whether you're an arts parade or a protest, your support will allow us to:

• Cultivate a more welcoming, festive atmosphere for people with and without disabilities

• Highlight and honor the intersectionality of the disability community

• Foster connections between the disability community and members of other communities

• Improve the visual aesthetics of the parade route

• Amplify our outreach and increase participation

Each partnership will be tailored to the specific parade, though some benefits of partnering with us include:

• Marching in the Parade

• Gaining a better understanding of increasing accessibility in your spaces

• Having your logo both in promotional materials and at the Disability Pride Parade itself
