Partnership takes many forms — all rooted in mutual support and shared values. Some agencies provide funding, while others contribute time, creativity, or logistical support.

Basic Partnership

   Agencies are required to either:

• • • Pay a $150 tabling fee, or

    • Contribute $150 directly to one of our City-approved accommodations vendors (supporting ASL interpretation and live captioning).

    • You can pay using Zeffy, PayPal, Venmo (Name: DisabilityPrideParadeNYC; Phone Number: 917-484-2245), or another convenient means

2. March in the Parade

• Collaborate on themed Parade blocks with the Department of Education and other partners.

• March along the Parade route with banners, flags, and other Disability Pride materials

More ways to partner:

• Help design and execute a Parade float

• Volunteer on the day of the event

• Serve as an accessibility support contact

• Provide language translation or other resources

Whether support is financial, creative, or hands-on, every contribution strengthens the Parade.

• On the back of the official 10th Anniversary Parade T-shirt (deadline: September 27)

• On the NYC Disability Pride Parade website (deadline: October 4)
