What is an Information Volunteer?
Information Volunteers are stationed throughout the Parade and Block Party to make sure participants and attendees have the details they need for a smooth and enjoyable experience. They provide updates on the parade timeline, share the status of events, and answer questions about activities, performances, and logistics. Directional Guides: Assist participants with finding key areas such as check-in points, vendor booths, stages, and rest areas.
Safety & Resource Volunteers: Inform attendees about safety procedures and direct them to first aid, lost & found, or event staff when needed.
