Fundraising Team
From securing funds for microphones to requesting floats, Fundraising Volunteers ensure we have the financial means to make the Disability Pride Parade happen. These Volunteers allocate funds, speak with registered groups regarding participation fees, correspond with sponsors, and track donations. They help DPNYC get the support we need to create an inclusive and accessible 10th anniversary Parade..
Fund Allocation Team: Review donations and allocate them to appropriate elements of the Parade.
Donor Outreach Team: Reach out to and correspond with potential donors requesting financial support or sponsorship. You will also track donations on the Zeffy, PayPal, and Venmo platforms.

If you'd like to be a member of the Fundraising Team, you can sign up using the General Volunteer Registration Form by Monday, October 13, 2025. Then, join the soonest weekly virtual meeting (Mondays and Thursdays at 5:00 PM EST) of the Fundraising Team you can. You'll receive a Zoom link after you register.
Please note that this position is only available in the days and weeks preceding the Parade. If you're interested in helping solely on the day of the Parade, you can be an Information, Creative, or Accessibility Volunteer. For more information, visit those pages.
