Join CWA Local 1180’s Committee on People with Disabilities and Disability Pride NYC for an important community outreach meeting ahead of the 2026 Disability Pride NYC Parade and Disability Pride Block Party. We are proud to welcome MOPD Commissioner Nisha Agarwal, who will join us virtually to share MOPD’s priorities, discuss the agency’s partnership with the 2026 Disability Pride NYC Parade, and speak about opportunities for the labor and disability justice movements to work together to advance disability justice and rights.

Come meet, connect, ask questions, and help build the movement. Whether you are part of the disability community, a union member, a community organization, an advocate, or an ally, we invite you to join us and be part of the conversation as we build toward this year’s Disability Pride celebrations.
